ICG fluorescence cholangiography avoided the biliary complications in both donors and its relevant recipients and is recommended for routine use in LLLS.
Immunosuppression and phenotypic plasticity in an atlas of human hepatocholangiocarcinoma
We used single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis to systematically compare the transcriptomic signatures of different cell populations in HCC, iCCA and H-ChC, which revealed the molecular mechanisms underlying the coexistence of HCC and iCCA components in H-ChC.

Laparoscopic surgery offers several benefits over open surgery when adopted for minor liver resections in the AL and PS segments. The advantage of laparoscopy is however greater in the AL segments. In centers with the appropriate experience, the minimally invasive approach should thus increasingly be adopted to perform minor liver resections irrespective of the location of the lesion(s).

Camrelizumab plus Apatinib has shown significant efficacy in improving RFS as a postoperative adjuvant regimen for patients with MVI-positive HCC. The favorable safety makes the combination an alternative adjunctive regimen for HCC patients after hepatectomy.

Residual insulin resistance and high total bile acid levels were identified as risk factors for subsequent diminished sustained improvements of steatosis and fibrosis in MASLD patients, respectively. This provides potential guidance for clinicians in preventing patients against loss of treatment response in MASLD.

A literature review of genetics and epigenetics of HCV-related hepatocellular carcinoma: translational impact
This review provides a comprehensive and updated review of research on the genetics and epigenetic mechanisms implicated in developing Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with Hepatitis C infection (HCV) infection. We also discuss the potential translational implications, including novel biomarkers and drugs for treatment.

Beyond the Rex: an innovative meso-intrahepatic portal vein bypass for late-onset extrahepatic portal vein occlusion after living donor liver transplantation
The MIPVB is an innovative technique to address EHPVO especially in patients with a Rex recess that is not safely accessible and with symptoms refractory to conventional surgical strategies. Furthermore, it is potentially useful for the right liver graft.
